What is the relation between Tai Ji (chi) and Qi Gong?  Qi Gong is the foundation of Tai Ji (chi), wherein the student learns to move their body and feel their internal energy (Qi), through simple, relatively static movements, and the use of the will (Yi) to guide the energy as it flows through your body.

To help students to learn, each Tai Ji (chi) class consists of basic Tai Ji exercise, Qi gong, and Tai Ji (chi) Form. Students can learn Tai Ji forms at their own preferred pace, and gradually progress to a higher level.
