Brief Introduction of Qigong Class

There are thousands of different Qigong forms that can be carried out in sitting, standing, lying, or moving. Some Qigong forms focus on breathing patterns for the purpose mind-body integration, Qi cultivation, healing, or emotional and spiritual fulfillment. This type of Qigong is categorized as static Qigong. Some Qigong forms involve coordinated body movements, repeatedly tensing and then relaxing the muscles, combined with deep breathing for the purpose of strengthening the internal organs and developing stronger muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
