Meridians are crucial to the health of the human body. If you want to maintain health, it is very necessary to keep the meridians unobstructed.
If the meridians are blocked, our body will send out a lot of uncomfortable signals to ask for help.
Experiencing unexplained pain in certain areas of your body may suggest that your meridians are blocked. Additionally, feeling cold in those areas, like having a chilly head or cold hands and feet, can also indicate blockages in your meridians. The temperature of the human body is influenced by the flow of Qi and blood; when both are strong and circulating properly, body temperature remains normal. However, when the meridians are obstructed, it becomes challenging for Qi and blood to flow and reach those specific areas, resulting in a sensation of coldness there.
Feeling hot, dry, or abnormal sweating in some parts of the body could also indicate the obstruction of the meridians in that part of your body. Because the heat cannot be emitted through a normal channel when the meridians in the body are blocked.
The blockage of meridians can seriously affect your health. If not addressed, it may result in a heart attack. Fortunately, there are various methods to help you keep your meridians in good condition or even enhance them. One of the simple and enjoyable ways is to practice Tai Ji and Qigong such as the five elements, and Ba Duan jin Qigong regularly as people shown in this photo.
