The following simple foot exercises called “rock”, “scissors”, and “paper” stimulate meridians, improve the blood and energy flow. You can do those exercises anytime that is convenient for you, such as during a break, or when watching TV since it only takes a few minutes to complete.
Exercise 1-Scissors
Put your foot flat on the ground, then lift the big toe upwards, in the shape of “scissors”. This exercise could reflect the condition of your health to some degree. You may not do it well if you have problems with the lumbar spine and muscles. Don’t be discouraged, keep trying to do it, you will see the improvement.
Exercise 2-Rock
Hold all toes tightly and clasp them in the shape like a “rock”. This exercise help to improve the blood circulation to your head and help to have a better sleep. You may not do these exercises well if there is less sufficient blood supply to your brain, or you are under stress. Relax, and keep trying to do the exercises, you will see and feel the improvement.
Exercise 3-Paper
Separate each toe in the shape of a “piece of paper”. This exercise stimulates meridians. The wider your toes can be separated, the better the effect in stimulating the meridians.
