Holidays are filled with family responsibilities, parties, and delicious food. This doesn’t mean you should take a break with exercise and healthy eating. In fact, you should make sure to have some exercises every day. 10 minutes exercises in the morning
If you are an early bird, try to do some stretching, Qigong, or basic Tai Ji exercises in the morning. It will make you feel good and help you to have a refreshed and energized start to the day.
