Simple Foot Exercises for Delaying the Atrophy of the Cerebellum and Slowing Down Aging

Many illnesses are caused by microcirculation disturbances. There are some simple foot exercises that can help you to improve microcirculation and prevent illness. These exercises can stimulate meridians, delay the atrophy of the cerebellum, and slow down aging. Those only take a few minutes, and you can do them any time that is convenient for you: during a break, or when watching TV.

Exercise 1

Standing on one leg, the other leg is off the ground and bent naturally. Then with the ankle joint as the axis, move the toes upwards, and then pressed toes downwards as is shown in the following video. Repeat this exercise 16 times. Then switch to the other side to do the same movements 16 times.

Exercise 2

Standing on one leg, the other leg is off the ground and bent naturally. Then with the ankle joint as the axis, turn your feet inwards, and then turn your feet outwards as is shown in the following video.  Repeat this 16 times. Then switch to the other side to do the same movements 16 times.

Exercise 3

Standing on one leg, the other leg is off the ground and bent naturally. Then with the ankle joint as the axis, rotate your feet clockwise and counterclockwise as is shown in the following video. Repeat this 8 to 16 times. Then switch to the other side to repeat the same movements 8 to 16 times.

Some other alternatives to the above exercises are 1) sit in a chair, and lift one leg to repeat the above exercises; 2) lie on the ground, and put your both legs on an exercises ball or a chair, then repeat the above exercises by moving your both foot at the same time.
