World Tai Ji and Qigong Day is an annual event held on the last Saturday of April each year. Millions of people from nearly eighty countries have participated in the event since 1999.
The goal of World Tai Ji and Qigong Day is to bring people across racial, economic, religious, and geo-political boundaries together for the purpose of health and healing through Tai Ji and Qigong.
On April 29, we will have our second World Tai JI and Qigong Day celebration in the local community at Bunker park at Lake Monticello. The event starts at 9:30 AM. It includes Ba Duan Jin Qigong and the entire Tai Ji Quan demonstration and group practice. Everyone is invited. If you have never learned Tai Ji or Qigong before, don’t worry about it. You can either follow along with the movement other people are doing, or simply watch while enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing environment.
